Joe Shultz, Vice President
Joe possesses an abundant amount of knowledge on the ins and outs of relationship marketing, which he gained while devising and implementing database marketing programs over the past three decades. He brings unique insights into client relationships, having developed integrated programs for business-to-consumer and business-to-business clients spanning a broad range of industries.

 

Barbara Davis, Account Services Manager
Barbara Davis leads our client-acclaimed account service team that provides day-to-day client communications and ongoing program implementation. A true pro, Davis has 15 years of client service and marketing management experience. Thanks to her leadership, our account service team has a reputation for its helpful responsiveness.

 

Hal Hutcheson, Director of Production Operations
Hal oversees the production area which includes scheduling, inventory, outbound mail, and fulfillment. Combined with his extensive experience developing marketing data systems for pharmaceutical companies, Hutcheson brings a unique view of what it takes to make CEM systems successful.

 

Gary Jaynes, Fulfillment Services Manager
Gary Jaynes oversees our comprehensive in-house lettershop and fulfillment center. With over 20 years experience, Jaynes is responsible for developing and implementing time-and-cost saving procedures, as well as tracking methods that ensure fulfillment accuracy.
